The first generation of exciting gaming consoles hit the market in the early 1970s. Since then, children have been clamouring for the latest gaming devices. These game consoles have come a long way since the 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System. If you’re a movie lover and want movies in HD, you might not need another reason to buy this game console. To enjoy excellent video quality of the BD player, pick up an HDMI cable to connect the PlayStation to your HDTV. It also includes an Ethernet cable for a wired Internet connection. With its SIXAXIS wireless controller and in-built web browser, you can surf the Internet and check out the online PlayStation Network. You can also use this to play DVDs and audio CDs, together with copying audio files to the Play Station 3 games hard drive. It sports four USB 2.0 slots, which let you connect your digital camera, download photos, and print them out on a USB printer.
